Hey there, fellow print enthusiast! We're Nouroozi, the quirkiest ecommerce store in town, and we're here to add a splash of colour and knowledge to your little one's room. Our vibrant and educational prints are designed to make learning fun and engaging for kids of all ages.

Now, we know that sometimes things don't go as planned. Maybe you changed your mind or you're not completely happy with your purchase. Don't worry, we've got you covered!

Returns within 14 days

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Nouroozi print, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. Just shoot us an email at nourooziprints@gmail.com and let us know why you'd like to return it. We promise we won't take it personally (well, maybe just a little).

Send us proof if damaged

If your print arrives damaged, we're truly sorry about that. We strive to provide top-notch quality, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. In this case, please send us a photo of the damaged item along with your email. We'll do our best to make it right!

Customer covers return cost

When returning an item, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We know it's not the most exciting part, but hey, we're a small business trying to make the world a more colourful place. We hope you understand!
